Franklin County Learning Center (FCLC) is a nonprofit special needs school serving children from 6 weeks of age through kindergarten entry who need support in reaching their developmental milestones.

FCLC also offers an Adult Day Treatment Program serving adults with developmental needs. This program supports individuals in learning new skills, maintaining previously acquired abilities, and building meaningful social connections.

Founded in 1965 Founded in 1965 by parents of children with special needs who were seeking nontraditional educational opportunities, Franklin County Learning Center (FCLC) has stood the test of time for more than 60 years. FCLC remains committed to using best practices to help individuals with developmental needs reach their full potential. We take great pride in watching the children and adults we serve achieve their goals and grow in confidence and independence.
