CPI Grant at ATU-Ozark

Implements plans, strategies, activities, policies and objectives for developing and maintaining Career Pathways Initiative Career Support Services (CSS) department at the campus in accordance with the goals and objectives of the CPI grant, Memorandum of Agreement, and Act 514 by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.  The CSS Facilitator reports to the campus CPI Program Director but works collaboratively with the ADHE/CPI CSS Coordinator to reach statewide goals. 

Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree with equivalent combined education and work experience. 
  • Campus experience preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Preference given to individuals who have overcome barriers similar to target population of Career Pathways Initiative or have working experience with its population.  
  • Experience in Academic Advising. 
  • Demonstrated success working within state and/or federal grants.
