Arkansas Valley Electric Cooperative (AVECC) is a member-owned, not-for-profit electric utility headquartered in Ozark, Arkansas. Founded in 1937, AVECC serves over 56,000 members across parts of western Arkansas and eastern Oklahoma. It operates more than 8,100 miles of distribution lines and 33 substations.

The cooperative is committed to delivering reliable, affordable electricity while embracing innovation through smart grid technology, drones, and advanced analytics. AVECC purchases wholesale power from Arkansas Electric Cooperatives Corporation (AECC) and is actively involved in community development, energy efficiency programs, and broadband expansion through Wave Rural Connect.
